Privacy Policy

Visitors to the OzSwiss European Tools ("OzSwiss") web site have the opportunity to submit an enquiry via email or join a mailing list by completing a form.  In order for OzSwiss to respond to the enquiry, process an order, or maintain our mailing list, customers are required to provide their contact details.  This information is retained and used solely for the purpose of satisfying the customers enquiry, processing their order, servicing our mailing list and to enable ongoing communication with the customer if an agreement is made for the purchase of services provided by OzSwiss.  Customers who have submitted personal information to OzSwiss can have this information removed from the database at any time.  OzSwiss complies with National Privacy Principles from the Privacy Amendment Act on three basic principles:

1. The information is stored on a secure database that is accessed by select staff of OzSwiss only
2. Apart from users actively submitting their information in online forms, no other user information is gathered and stored by OzSwiss
3. Information will never be shared with groups or individuals that are not representatives of OzSwiss
4. OzSwiss does not store payment method or credit card details on this site to ensure the safety of its online customers
5. Customers who have previously subscribed to our mailing list can unsubscribe at any time
